Scope: Complete interior renovation of 86 room Chateaubleau Hotel in the City Coral Gables, Florida. The renovation work includes conversion of retail spaces into meeting rooms, expansion of restaurant and back of the house areas. The building is to have new electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, together with a total interior renovation of all public areas and all rooms including new bathrooms, furnishings and finishes.
